We will connect you with Goodwill’s Second Chance Program. This free program is designed to help individuals with a criminal background overcome barriers to employment by providing:
  • A two-week job readiness class to master resume writing, job applications, and interview preparation.
  • One-on-one career coaching.
  • Guidance on how to talk to employers about your past.
  • Support to address specific challenges holding you back.
